Business Analyst – Campaigns

As part of this evolution, we’re looking for a Campaign Analyst to join our team.Duties for this role will include but not be limited to:Lead the implementation of Campaign Automation System;Evaluate competing chosen designs, functionality and suitability for RSL current & future requirements and provide advice & recommendations;Work closely with teams to scope, specify, schedule & integrate Campaign reporting requirements;Provide advice on campaign design, measurement and implementation;Manage campaign measurement rule sets;Process improvement & documentation;Use your analytical abilities to look ‘beyond the data’ and provide commercial insight to improve business performance;Translate business requirements into reporting and analysis specifications;Analyse operational & marketing activities within each lottery;Provide detailed end of lottery analysis and recommendations;Analyse external data sources to identify potential market trends; The successful incumbent for this role will demonstrate:Knowledge of SSIS, SSRS and SSAS preferred3+ years in a similar role with a background in data analysis;Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills;Exposure to a Marketing/CRM environment preferable and Commercial experience a plus;Tertiary qualifications in ICT or a related field such as statistics or mathematics;Strong working knowledge of SQL and Power BI, data manipulation and reporting tools and processes;Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008+. We offer a competitive salary, a focus on professional development, clear career progression and a real work-life balance.
