As part of this evolution, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Officer.In this role, you will build on RSL Queensland’s digital and social media strategies to significantly improve the organisation’s social media reach and overall online presence.Duties will include but not be limited to:Assisting the Marketing Manager, Brand and Campaign Officer and other stakeholders with the execution of RSL Queensland digital strategy;Working with the Marketing Manager and Campaign and Brand Officer to develop and implement strategies to improve online engagement.Concentrating on the growth and continual improvement of content, usability, design and conversion of RSL Queensland’s digital activities and online resources.Capturing analyse and report on social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information;Collaborating with other departments to manage RSL Queensland online communication strategies and digital presence;Oversee maintenance of website and CMS.The successful candidate will demonstrate:Tertiary qualifications Marketing or Business-related field;3+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing related field;Extensive experience in Google Tag Manager, Google My Business, Adwords and other PPC channels, social media including Facebook for Business;Experience with creating engaging EDM;Experience reading and analysing analytics – website (Google Analytics), social media, EDM and other online and digital metrics;Intermediate skills with Adobe Creative Suite;Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and have a self-driven attitude;Demonstrated attention to detail and high degree of accuracy;Demonstrated effective, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;Experience in Not for Profit industries (Highly Desirable)If you want to work for an organisation that gives back to the community, which focuses on professional development and a real work life balance then we would love to hear from you.  Australia - QLD Brisbane CBD & Inner Suburbs
